What we do
SunWest Solutions LLC provides document-audit and administrative-review services for homeowners with residential solar systems. With the client's written authorization, we request the client's own documents from the solar installer and the finance company, review them, and deliver a written technical file listing each documented finding with the exact document, section and text it is based on.
What we do not do
- We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or represent clients.
- We do not guarantee the cancellation of any contract or the elimination of any debt.
- We do not negotiate or settle debts, and we do not sell, arrange or recommend financing.
- We do not pull credit reports.
Pricing and payment
One flat fee, written into the client's service agreement before signing. No payment is taken during the in-home visit. Clients receive an emailed invoice and pay by bank debit (ACH) or bank transfer. Work begins once payment clears. Maximum service period: 180 days.
Cancellation and refunds
- 3-business-day right to cancel: full refund within 10 days of the notice.
- No documentable findings: full refund minus $500.
- Representative misconduct (promising cancellation, claiming to be a lawyer, taking money at the door, signing on the client's behalf): full refund, at any time.
- Client cancels later, before delivery: refund minus the value of work performed, itemized in writing, capped at 50% of the fee.
- File already delivered: non-refundable.
Our agreement contains no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver, and is governed by the laws of the client's state of residence. Full policy (Spanish): Cancelaciones y reembolsos.
